RETURNS POLICY

You will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the goods.

Our Simple 30-Days Replacement Guarantee Policy All products sold at allwayshop.com are covered under our 30-Days Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 30-days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. However, please ensure that the article is not rendered unsellable. The conditions below would explain what events render an article unsellable and hence non-replaceable

. • Footwear: Article should not be dirty / scratched or have any fold marks.

• Appliances: The article should not be physically damaged or scratched and must be send back to us with original packing.

• Apparels: Tags should not be removed. If an unstitched article was bought, it should not be stitched. If some beads etc were stitched to the article, the same should be intact.

• Books: Article should not be dirty/scratched or have any fold marks. All pages should be intact.

• Bags: If any beads or components were attached to the bag, the same should be intact. There should be no scratches.

• Games & Toys: Article should not be tampered. Must be sent back to us with all items/accessories intact.

• Sunglasses: Must be sent back to us with original packing and cleaning cloth. There should be no scratches on the frame or glass. If crystals were embedded in the frame, the same should be intact.

• Watches: Must be sent back to us with original packing. There should be no scratches on the frame or glass. If crystals were embedded in the frame, the same should be intact.

• Perfumes: The packet seal must be intact. Perfumes cannot be used and replaced. • Mobiles and Cameras: The packet seal must be intact. Once unsealed, the product cannot be replaced unless for any manufacturing defect.

• Jewellery: If the polish is worn out of any component/crystal is missing, the product cannot be replaced.

• Car Care Products and accessories: Article should not be dirty / scratched or have any fold marks , the package seal should not be broken or tampered

• Electronics and IT Products : Article should not be dirty / scratched or have any physical damage and must be send back to us with original packing

• Combo Offer : The special deals packages provided shall be liable to cancellation of 15 days from the date of purchase How does it works? Contact us via the Replacement Form within 30 days from the date of delivery. To replace a product you need to follow these steps: Put the product in its original packaging. Mention your order number on a paper, or insert the original invoice. Seal the package properly. Send it to us. To send the product, you can use any of following step: Schedule a reverse pickup wherein the product would be picked up by a courier person, at our cost. Know more   For outright cancellations by you:  

• If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. • If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

• If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact us form and inform them of the same.

• If you receive the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30-Days Replacement Guarantee above. Note: All Electronics are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open, damaged or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Immediately contact us with in 7 days and we will have the issue quickly resolved. After 7 days Eshoptricks.com will not entertain such claim. Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for replacement under this 30-Days Replacement Guarantee, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is sent back without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with theproduct at the time of delivery;

• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging. Partial Refund 

• Partial Refund is applicable in case once the product is delivered and customer is “change of mind” or         as confirmed the dispatch but has refused at later stage, there shall be a deduction on the total amount of purchase the deduction shall be of TDR (Bank Charges), Courier Charges and Taxes as actual.

• There shall be a written mail confirmation regarding the deduction and an acknowledgement is required before the refund is made.

• Refund shall be applicable with in 15 days from the date of delivery and after that no refund shall be entertained.

• If the product is delivered the product needs to be send back to the address mentioned on the box, and should be in perfect condition, the condition of the product would also be taken in consideration during refund. Refund Duration & Mode Within 15 Days after product Return or cancelation. Buyer will get their refund amount by NEFT .   R.T.O (Return To Origin)

• RTO received or any courier received the company shall only consider POD with company stamp any individual signed POD is not considered as Proof of delivery on behalf of the company.
